Overview:
IIT Wagon Reader Software Development Kit (IIT WR SDK) - high quality and high performance software solution for detection and recognition of numbers on railway cars and tanks.

- JPEG or BMP image files (grayscale, 8 bit/pixel)

- List of railway cars and tanks detected with time registered (for Live Video mode)
- List of Numbers read (ASCII text format)

- Russian standard numbers for railway cars and tanks.
- Real-time processing of 4 video channels 320õ240
- Railway vehicle speed up to 20 km/h (position should be close to station)
- Recognition rate - up to 90%
- Controlled zone width for side camera position - 6ì.
- Camera slope - up to 5 degree
- Lighting conditions in controlled zone - not less than 50 lux

- B/w analog video camera providing (320õ240 pixel) x 25 fps;
- Frame grabber providing 100 fps for 4 simultaneous analog video inputs
