The original segmentation algorithm, based on concentric structure of human body's scan, was proposes for image analysis. Due to this algorithm segmentation and measurement of adipose layers of all types are made fully automatically. The segmentation is followed by indices calculation, which defines type and extent of obesity. The forecast to lose flesh for given patient is also performed.
