The system is intended for automatic detection and tracking of moving low-sized objects based on their motion relatively to the background of digital images acquired by a moving video camera.

The system is implemented on the PC. It performs a real time data acquisition from video camera, visualization and processing of digital images of moving scene. The system provides estimation and compensation of shift in scene images due to the camera motion, detection of moving low-sized objects and tracking of several detected objects.
