Overview:
IIT Plates Reader Software Development Kit (IIT PR SDK) - high quality and high performance software solution for car plates detection and recognition of vehicle state registration numbers.
Functions:
- Vehicle counting in controlled zone
- Car plate detection
- Vehicle state registration number recognition

- JPEG or BMP image files (grayscale, 8 bit/pixel),
- Live video, not less than 320õ240 pixels (grayscale, 8 bit/pixel)
- Recognition output:
- List of cars detected with time registered (for Live Video mode)
- List of Numbers read (ASCII text format).
- Real-time processing of 4 video channels 320õ240
- Vehicle speed up to 120 km/h
- Recognition rate (for vehicle speed up to 80 km/h):
- daytime - up to 85%
- nighttime - up to 80%
- Controlled zone width for frontal top camera position - 3ì.
- Camera slope - up to 15 degree
- Lighting conditions in controlled zone - not less than 50 lux

- Frame grabber providing 100 fps for 4 simultaneous analog video inputs
