The complex is intended for evaluation of granulometric composition of ore mass supplied to mining factory. It includes the system of non-contact measurements based on stereoscopic shooting and special software for image processing and analysis. Using stereo pair of images, the digital surface model of ore mass is reconstructed with high accuracy and several procedures of image structural analysis are applied to the obtained model. The system provides automatic detection of granules on structural surface and analysis of their size distribution.

All processes are fully automatic. Reliability and accuracy of the developed approach significantly exceeds the same characteristics for methods based on single image analysis.
