The original selective morphology method was developed especially for the medical microscopic images. This method is based on morphological Sera operators. Object of interest is detected on the difference image, obtained by subtraction of morphologically filtered image from initial image.
The effective modification of this procedure is also proposed. To compare, the results of the classical approach and the approach under consideration are presented below.
