For this project the special complex of close-range photogrammetry was used. The complex, developed by IIT, is intended for non-contact measurements based on stereoscopic shooting. Conformably to measurements of timber packages the complex provides: automatic detection of separate trunks in package and their squares computation; automatic detection of package borders and its square computation.
